الاسترجاع

إذا رغبت في استرجاع طلبك، يمكنك تقديم طلب الاسترجاع خلال 7 أيام من تاريخ استلام الطلب.

يشترط أن تكون القطعة غير مستخدمة أو مرتداة، وفي تغليفها الأصلي، وبنفس الحالة التي تم استلامها بها.

يتحمل العميل تكاليف شحن الاسترجاع.

الاستبدال

إذا كنت تفضل الحصول على قطعة أخرى، فإننا نوفر خدمة الاستبدال خلال 7 أيام من تاريخ استلام الطلب.

يشترط أن تكون القطعة غير مستخدمة أو مرتداة، وفي تغليفها الأصلي، وبنفس حالتها الأصلية عند الاستلام.

يتحمل العميل أي فرق في السعر بين القطعة الأصلية والقطعة البديلة، بالإضافة إلى أي تكاليف شحن إضافية ناتجة عن عملية الاستبدال.

لطلب الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال، يرجى التواصل مع فريق خدمة العملاء خلال المدة المحددة وهي 7 أيام.

سيقوم فريقنا بتزويدك بالتعليمات اللازمة ومساعدتك خلال جميع خطوات العملية.

في حال الموافقة على الاسترجاع، سيتم رد المبلغ إلى طريقة الدفع الأصلية المستخدمة عند إتمام عملية الشراء.

Returns

If you wish to return your order, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery.

Returned items must be unused, unworn, in their original packaging, and in the same condition in which they were received.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Exchanges

If you would prefer a different piece, exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

Any difference in price between the original and replacement item, as well as any additional shipping costs, will be the responsibility of the customer.
